SHINE Membership Program Terms of Service

Membership Terms
By enrolling in the SHINE Membership Program (“Program”), you (“Member” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Membership grants access to exclusive resources, including live and recorded sessions, guided exercises, and a private community while actively subscribed.
Membership Access & Usage
Membership is for personal use only. Upon registration, you will receive login credentials for one (1) user. Sharing, distributing, or allowing others to use your membership is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in termination without a refund.
Payment & Subscription Terms
Your membership fee is charged on a recurring basis corresponding to your chosen subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually). By providing payment details, you authorize Mary Ann Marriott (“Company”) to charge your chosen payment method accordingly. Payment failures may result in suspension or termination of access.
Refund Policy
All membership payments are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods. If you choose to cancel your membership, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle but will not receive a refund for unused time.
Cancellations & Renewals
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation process. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
Intellectual Property & Content Usage
All content provided in the SHINE Membership Program, including but not limited to videos, guides, meditations, and community discussions, is the intellectual property of Mary Ann Marriott. Members may use these resources for personal development but may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without prior written consent.
Community Guidelines & Conduct
The SHINE Membership Program includes access to a private community, which may be hosted on social media or other platforms. Members agree to:
- Engage respectfully and supportively.
- Refrain from self-promotion, selling, or soliciting services.
- Not post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content. The Company reserves the right to remove any member violating these guidelines without a refund.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should be provided in writing and emailed to support@maryannmarriott.com. A team member will respond within 5 business days. Any court action should be resolved in the courts closest to Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Modifications & Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, or terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. The Company may terminate a membership at its discretion for violations of these terms without a refund.
