Terms of Participation

By purchasing any product or service from Mary Ann Marriott (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), you (“Client” or “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Our programs offer access to coaching, community, and valuable resources while you are actively enrolled. At the end of your membership, access to materials will close, encouraging full engagement during your participation.

Disclaimer

The Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are incorporated by reference into this agreement. The Client understands that Mary Ann Marriott and the Company are not employees, agents, lawyers, doctors, therapists, or financial analysts. The Client acknowledges that no promises are made regarding specific results, business opportunities, financial gains, or other professional outcomes.

Fees and Payment

If you elect for a payment plan, you authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card according to the agreed payment terms. Failure to provide valid payment may result in suspension of access. Payment obligations remain regardless of program usage.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified, the Company does not offer refunds. Changing your mind, failing to use the program, or dissatisfaction with results does not entitle you to a refund.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information learned during coaching sessions, calls, or communications. Unauthorized sharing of program materials or discussions may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property

The Company retains all rights to original content provided in the program. Clients may use materials for personal development but may not copy, distribute, or repurpose content without permission.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the program.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for service delays or failures caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or technical issues beyond our control.

Severability/Waiver

If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Miscellaneous

The Company provides information on an “as-is” basis without warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from participation in the program.

Assignment

Clients may not assign this agreement without written consent from the Company.

Modification

The Company may modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on our website.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate participation at any time for any reason, including disruptive behavior or violations of this agreement. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should be provided in writing and emailed to support@maryannmarriott.com. One of our team members will respond within 5 business days. Any court action should be resolved in the courts closest to Halifax, Nova Scotia.

You hereby expressly waive any and all claims you may have, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to the Program. To the extent that you attempt to assert any such claim, you hereby expressly agree to present such claim only in the state or federal courts that are geographically nearest to Halifax, Nova Scotia.
